A Place to share your Gratitude.

We wake up daily with so many things on our minds. So much to do, complete, achieve…
In the process often we lose that connection with ourselves.

We sat often in groups and have chanted and chatted and shared a lot. One morning i thought everybody seems to wake up or at some point during the day seems to get onto either Facebook or some other form of social media to connect with what’s happening in the world.

So I decided to start a group to Thank the Universe for something personal. Why are we so scared to share something so personal and profound – we can share what we do, what we eat, where we eat,what we wear, where we go…
So why not something we are Grateful for too.

We often share our emotions via photographs or links we see. But No! Here we are only allowed to share what we feel, straight from our hearts.

Be Thankful, Be Grateful.. There is so much to be grateful for. Look around and appreciate all the beauty around You. Be grateful for your health. Be grateful for all the loved ones around you. Appreciate all the beautiful nature around you,
the love, the peace, the joy, the madness, the fun, the sun, the rain…It’s endless…
Unless you acknowledge what you already have how can you appreciate or allow anything new into your life.
There is such an abundance of things we should be grateful for and this is actually the foundation.
What are the things you are grateful for? Have you ever written a gratitude journal?
When I started my journal I was wondering how I could make a daily list of at least 10 things to be grateful for. Once You start, open your eyes and heart and appreciate it just flows. I wrote my journal for a month and always found a lot to be grateful for.
A gratitude Journal opens up a lot and helps you realise, appreciate and truly be grateful for all that You have in your life.
