Exploring life?

Posted on

Does it ever happen to you that You just feel like flying..soaring through the sky?

There are so many meanings and interpretations about this .. But I am not getting into that.. Am actually wondering what it would truly feel like ☺️

To just take off and explore the world from another angle , another view..

So why can’t we do that even now? Do we have to fly to look at things from a different perspective?  Can we just close our eyes and looking at everything from a non-judgemental point of view. And then open our eyes and see that there are so many different points of views in life.. No one is right or wrong.. It’s just a persons point of view ☺️

What would be a step you would take to understanding others better?

Is there a lesson behind every experience?

Posted on Updated on

Now here is an interesting question.
Does everything that happen, happen for a reason? Is there a lesson behind every experience?

IMG_3460

A couple of weeks ago my husband had a bad back and we cut short our holiday. In conversation I was telling my friend Priya ‘ There was a reason why this happened, and a lesson to be learned ‘ when she turned around and asked
” Do you think there is a lesson behind every experience? ”

OK So initially Yes it made me think.. But I personally feel that this is a personal choice.It’s how you decide to look at life or experiences or situations. Maybe I have am at this point in my life where I feel that everything that happens, happens for a reason – a lesson to be learned or an experience to be had.

This is the positive way I feel I deal with all that happens. I turn into into a lesson or an experience.
This way I get out of most circumstances feeling or trying to understand, OK what do I need to learn from here?

Can You Please share what You feel 🙂

Angel Card for the weekend 12th – 14th June

Posted on Updated on

There’s Nothing to Worry About

The angels send this card to you because you’ve been needlessly worrying. Worry is a form of prayer that draws to you that which you do not desire. Release your worries to your angels, as there truly is nothing to worry about. In fact, your worries could create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

TheresNothingtoWorryAbout

Additional meanings for this card: Everything’s much better than you imagine • Ask the angels to release you from worry • A happy outcome is inevitable • Avoid worrying, lest the negative emotions pull you and the situation down • The angels are with you, and everything’s okay.

So let’s not take any any unnecessary worry onto ourselves and instead Let go, believe, trust, have faith and
HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND 🙂

What a Wonderful world :)

Do You ever feel grateful for all the  things in life ? Whenever I listen to this song – whatever mood I am in, It ALWAYS makes me feel Grateful for everything. Makes me appreciate all the Big and Small things there are to appreciate. I don’t think that anything is too small honestly. This song lifts my spirits, brings a smile to my face 🙂

Just had to share this #feelgood song. One of my few favourites.

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed the day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do
But they’re really saying is I love you.

I hear baby’s crying and I watched them grow
They’ll learn much more than I’ll ever know
And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
Yes, I think to myself what a wonderful world.

Are there any songs which uplift You?

Let’s make a list of them 🙂

Bach flower Therapy

Posted on Updated on

There are 38 remedies in the Bach remedy system. All of them were discovered in the 1920s and 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a well-known bacteriologist, physician and pathologist.

Each remedy is associated with a basic human emotion. Mimulus, for example, is the remedy for when we are anxious or afraid about something specific. Taking the remedy helps us overcome our fear and face it with courage.

Bach Flower Remedy is a system of treatment for the emotional condition of the human being, animals and plants. As against the conventionsl forms of treatment which basically works on the premise that the disease or ailment is physical in origin.

Dr Bach designed his system to be simple. It may seem daunting at first, but anybody can learn how to use it, and on this site you will find all you need to get you started. Most remedies are sold in liquid form, and the idea is that you will mix together the remedies you need so that the mix of remedies matches your current emotional situation. Like Dr Bach, we believe that healing on an emotional level has knock-on effects on other levels: a healthy emotional life and a balanced personality will allow your body to find its own natural state of health.

Thought I would share with You a Blessing Altar I had created.
A singing bowl which I rang around the rooms inviting in Blessings for all family members. Followed that with a Soft chime from the Tingshas. Amethyst hearts going into the rooms as this home was for a couple only. The lavender candle and orchids adding to all of this.
I also used an Aura-soma AA Metatron spray for blessings.

Gayatri Mantra – meaning and a beautiful version

Posted on

The Gayatri Mantra has been chronicled in the Rig Veda, which was written in Sanskrit about 2500 to 3500 years ago, and the mantra may have been chanted for many centuries before that.

The Gayatri mantra is one of the oldest and most powerful of Sanskrit mantras. It is believed that by chanting the Gayatri mantra and firmly establishing it in the mind, if you carry on your life and do the work that is ordained for you, your life will be full of happiness.

The Gayatri Mantra inspires wisdom in us.  In very basic but beautiful language, it says “May the divine light of the Supreme Being illuminate our intellect, to lead us along a path of righteousness”.

The Vedas say:

To chant the Gayatri Mantra
purifies the chanter.
To listen to the Gayatri Mantra
purifies the listener.

mantra

“OM BUHR, BHUVA, SWAHA
OM TAT SAVITUR VARENYAM
BHARGO DEVASYA DHEEMAHI
DHIYO YONAHA PRACHODAYAT”

We meditate on the glory of the Creator;
Who has created the Universe;
Who is worthy of Worship;
Who is the embodiment of Knowledge and Light;
Who is the remover of Sin and Ignorance;
May He open our hearts and enlighten our Intellect.

This is one of my favourite versions by Deva Premal 🙂
