“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”

― Jim Rohn

Do you spend time with people who uplift you or drain your energy?
Make a list of the 5 people you spend most time with.

– who are they?

– what are their qualities?
– how are they connected to your life?
– what are they adding or depleting from your life?
– Are they happy, enthusiastic people?
Now you have to decide.. Do you want to carry on spending time with them? Make a choice. Yes, often one feels that one does not have a choice.

If you cannot avoid being with someone then maybe you can look at the strengths or highlights of those people ( even if just one )
Sometimes we find it difficult to cut cords with peolpe who are draining us. This is something easy to overcome. There are so many different ways of cutting cords with people. Just google cord-cutting and You can find many videos on You Tube ( eg. Doreen Virtue )
which teach you and help you with this.
Trust me over the last many years I have lost a lot of friends..But were they truly friends? Today I find myself in a happy, loved, secure, positive space.
We have a group of like-minded people who meet weekly just to “BE”
I ration the time I spend with people out of obligation..after all it is my decision, my choice.
Limit the time you spend with anyone or anything that is draining your energy.  It’s more important that you hang out with people who uplift you even if they are a handful.
Spend time with people who make you happy, accept you for who you are, uplift You, and let you “BE”
JUST REMEMBER YOU BECOME WHO YOU SPEND MOST TIME WITH.
With Love, Gratitude and Angel Blessings
